THE VILLA
VILLA LAS SERENAS
Villa las Serenas is located in charming La Caleta, next to Adeje. A charming town in the South of Tenerife, it’s a 20 minutes drive from the airport. It has become the gastronomic hotspot of the island, and it is situated on a beautiful bay.
This beautiful, newly built villa is located near "Barranco des Ingles", in a residential area with lots of privacy.
There is a large lounge terrace on the ground floor, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the nature of the Barranco, the mountains and the sea.
You can also see the 'green' of the Costa Adeje Golf and, in the distance, a view of the mysterious-looking island of La Gomera. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the burning lights of the city.
The sun gives you a smile and circles around the villa all day long. It starts with the first rays of sunshine in the morning through the bedroom windows. You will automatically wake up with the pleasant sound of the birds that often stay in the Barranco valley. All this makes this place so unique.
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance with a patio where you can find palm trees. The patio is surrounded by all bedrooms, bathrooms and a huge terrace with a beautiful garden outside.
There are four spacious, modern bedrooms (and two children's rooms), each with a spacious bathroom.
The bedrooms all have a view of the botanical garden.
The master bedroom has a TV, LED mood lighting, air conditioning and WiFi.
The terraces can be accessed directly from all bedrooms. Each room has its bathroom with a walk-in (rain)shower. The master bedroom also has a spacious bath with a view of the large terrace and Barranco.
FIRST FLOOR
You reach the first floor via the marble stairs or by elevator.
Here you have the living room with a beautiful kitchen, utility room and outdoor terrace. You have unique views of the Barranco, mountains, sea and the golf.
The heated infinity swimming pool with beautiful terraces and comfortable sun loungers is also located on the first floor.
The -1 level
For the children, there is a beautiful playroom with a snooker table, table tennis, lounge seats with Smart TV, a PlayStation 5 console, and a wireless SONOS system.
There is also a large living area with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom
On this floor, you will also find a large indoor parking garage with space for three cars.
MASTER BEDROOM (1) OF 50m2
The master bedroom has a king-size Natuzzi bed, a designer bathroom with a spacious bath and a view of the garden and nature valley.
In the master bedroom you will also find the walk-in rainshower from Gessi, walk-in closet and this room also has airconditioning, smart 4K TV, mood lighting, WiFi connection and a wireless Sonos system.
This bedroom has large windows where you can fully enjoy the garden, terrace, mountains, natural valley and the rising sun and has direct access to the lounge terrace.
BEDROOM (2)
On the right side of the entrance you will find a beautiful bedroom with large windows, a double bed with view of the botanical garden, bathroom with rain shower, walk-in closet, airconditioning, WiFi an a wireless Sonos system.
BEDROOMS (3-4-5)
On the left side of the entrance hall you will find the other 3 large bedrooms. They all have a double bed and many windows so that you van enjoy the beautiful view of the garden, nature valley and the mountains.
The design bathrooms all have a walk-in rainshower, airconditioning, WiFi connections and wireless Sonos system, possibly with smart TV.
CHILDREN'S ROOMS (6-7)
Leven -1 is the children's floor. It has a playroom with PlayStation, table tennis & snooker table with Sonos system. There is a large room where we can provide 2 bedrooms for the children, there are also spacious bathrooms here.
